Creation Time
Each wool felt replica is handmade to order and requires approximately 2–4 weeks to complete.
Production time depends on several factors, including:

- Product style and complexity
- Current order volume
During peak seasons or periods of high demand, orders may enter a production queue, which may extend the estimated completion time. If you would like to know the current queue status before ordering, please contact our customer service team.
Approval Before Shipping
Before shipment, we will provide photos of the completed replica for your review.
If adjustments are needed, our artisans will make reasonable refinements whenever possible.
Once you confirm that you are satisfied with the final result, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped as soon as possible.
