Emily Rose Bennett
Emily Rose Bennett is a senior wool artist at our studio and our leading specialist in needle-felted dog portraits. She is especially skilled at creating framed portraits, carefully sculpting each dog’s face so it appears to gently emerge from the frame with depth, warmth, and personality.
Her love for animals began in childhood, when she spent much of her time sketching the dogs she encountered in her rural hometown. Before joining the studio, Emily worked in textile design and practiced needle felting in her spare time. After discovering Chloe’s work, she was drawn to the studio’s thoughtful approach to preserving memories through handmade art and later joined the team as an assistant artist.
Today, Emily creates many of the studio’s most detailed framed dog portraits. She has a particular talent for blending natural coat colors, recreating distinctive markings, and capturing subtle details around the eyes, nose, and ears. Her patient and observant approach makes her the studio’s most accomplished artist in this style.

Daniel Oliver Hayes
Daniel Oliver Hayes specializes in needle-felted portraits of cats and unusual animals. From tiny hamsters and soft-eared rabbits to reptiles, birds, and majestic animals such as tigers, he has the rare ability to recreate a remarkable variety of species in wool.
Daniel developed his fascination with animals while volunteering at a small wildlife rescue center. There, he learned to observe the different anatomy, movement, textures, and expressions that give every species its distinctive character. He later combined this knowledge with his interest in sculpture and textile art, developing a highly specialized approach to needle felting.
At the studio, Daniel is often entrusted with the most unusual commissions. He carefully studies each animal’s proportions, fur patterns, posture, and personality before beginning a portrait. His versatility and deep understanding of animal anatomy make his work especially rare within the world of fiber art.

Sophie Claire Morgan
Sophie Claire Morgan is our studio’s specialist in needle-felted cat portraits. She is especially talented at creating miniature pieces that capture a cat’s personality in a tiny, irresistibly charming form.
A lifelong cat lover, Sophie began needle felting while making small keepsakes inspired by her own rescue cat. She quickly became fascinated by the challenge of recreating delicate whiskers, expressive eyes, tiny paws, and distinctive coat patterns on such a small scale. Her miniature creations soon caught Chloe’s attention, and she was invited to join the studio team.
Today, Sophie creates the studio’s smallest and most adorable cat portraits. Despite their size, each piece is filled with carefully observed details and individual character. Her gentle use of color, precise technique, and playful sense of expression make her the studio’s most accomplished artist for miniature cat portraits.
