Because each piece is custom handmade from your pet photos, most custom items are not eligible for refund returns.

For your benefit, we recommend that you record a video of opening the package.

If you are not satisfied with your finished piece after receiving it, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You may ship the item back to us at your own cost, and we will revise it free of charge. After the revision is completed, we will ship it back to you for free.

Refund returns are only accepted for ornament-style products. For ornaments, please contact us within 14 days of delivery before returning the item.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your order before the project starts, we will refund all the deposit you have made. (We will notify you via email, WhatsApp or private message once production of your product has started.) 
Once we start processing your order, cancellation will no longer be possible as a significant amount of time and materials have already been invested in making your customized product. 
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support. Because each piece is the painstaking effort of the master, meticulously crafted stitch by stitch.
