For example: Today is October 1st. There are still other customer orders pending, and the queue has been extended to October 10th. Today you placed an order for a 3-inch Ornament, and the creation time is 10 days. You live in the United States and the transportation will take 15 days. Finally, the order you placed on October 1st will be delivered around November 5th.

How it works?
1.Build the basic body frame and shape the overall proportion by felting.
2.Layer and fuse wool to restore the real coat color and hair texture.
3.Hand-Painted Eyes. Each pair of eyes is meticulously hand-painted to capture their unique expression and personality.
4.Hand-sculpt the nose with clay for a lifelike shape.
5.Make the tongue and paw pads with silicone to simulate real touch.
6.Add your pet’s real fur (if provided) into the work.
7.Polish facial features, expression and tiny details.
8.Final shaping and overall trimming to complete the handmade portrait.
Materials?
The product is mainly made of premium wool. The nose is crafted from clay, the tongue and paw pads are made of silicone, and the eyes are glass crystals. In most cases, these materials won’t cause allergic reactions.
Can you use some of the pet's real fur?
Of course. You can send us a small amount of your pet’s fur, and we will incorporate it into the handmade piece.
To ensure the finished work stays stable and well-shaped, most of the material will still be high-quality wool.
How realistic is the restoration?
Our pieces are meticulously handmade with an overall restoration similarity of over 85%.
Care & Maintenance Tips
After receiving the product, gently comb the wool with a comb to tidy it up.
Please avoid hitting or pressing the artwork in daily use.
If dust accumulates, clean it with a soft brush. **Do not get it wet with water.**
