The size of the home is fixed. All the sizes represent the size of portrait.

Return & Refund policy?
If you are not satisfied after receiving your handmade piece, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You may return it at your own shipping cost, and we will revise it free of charge and send it back to you for free.
Because most products are custom-made, they are not eligible for refund returns. Refund returns are only available for ornament-style products.

Creation time?
Creation typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the size, style, and complexity of the piece. Smaller items, such as ornaments and mini figurines, in some cases can be finished in as little as 5 days.
Production time depends on several factors, including:

- Product style and complexity
- Current order volume
During peak seasons or periods of high demand, orders may enter a production queue, which may extend the estimated completion time. If you would like to know the current queue status before ordering, please contact our customer service team.
Shipping time?
Usually 15-25 days. It depends on the country and legion.
For example: Today is October 1st. There are still other customer orders pending, and the queue has been extended to October 10th. Today you placed an order for a 3-inch Ornament, and the creation time is 10 days. You live in the United States and the transportation will take 15 days. Finally, the order you placed on October 1st will be delivered around November 5th.

Is the outer acrylic cover fixed?
It's not fixed. You can disassemble it freely.
How many miniature houses are provided? Is it fixed to the base?
We offer three miniature house ornaments which you can place as you wish. Each miniature house will be equipped with button batteries (which have been safety-certified). It is not fixed to the base. According to your requirements, a small amount of glue can be used to fix it onto the base.
Can a memory home only hold one wool felt portrait?
The mini figurine (3-inch) can hold up to three items. A 6-inch or 8-inch container can only hold one.
Can only one photo frame be customized in the miniaturized basket?
No, at most 3 photo frames can be customized.
How many names can be customized on the copper nameplate?
One name per nameplate.
How the wool felt portrait works?
1. Build the basic body frame and shape the overall proportion by felting.
2.Layer and fuse wool to restore the real coat color and hair texture.
3.Hand-Painted Eyes. Each pair of eyes is meticulously hand-painted to capture their unique expression and personality.
4.Hand-sculpt the nose with clay for a lifelike shape.
5.Make the tongue and paw pads with silicone to simulate real touch.
6.Add your pet’s real fur (if provided) into the work.
7.Polish facial features, expression and tiny details.
8.Final shaping and overall trimming to complete the handmade portrait.
Materials?
The felted portrait is mainly made of premium wool. The nose is crafted from clay, the tongue and paw pads are made of silicone, and the eyes are glass crystals. The outer cover is made of acrylic, while the base and the miniature models inside are mainly made of high-quality wood.
Can you use some of the pet's real fur?
Of course. You can send us a small amount of your pet’s fur, and we will incorporate it into the handmade piece.
To ensure the finished work stays stable and well-shaped, most of the material will still be high-quality wool.
How realistic is the restoration?
Our pieces are meticulously handmade with an overall restoration similarity of over 85%.
