Pawtrove is committed to providing you with the most perfect products and services! If you have any questions, please contact us at pawtrove@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to address any concerns or issues you may have.
The products made by Pawtrove are all handmade, so there may be slight deviations between the actual items and the pictures, as well as minor variations in size. This is a normal phenomenon. For your benefit, we recommend that you record a video of opening the package.
If you are not satisfied with the product, within 14 days, you can return it to us at your own expense. We will be happy to make the necessary modifications to your satisfaction and send it back to you free of charge to ensure it meets your expectations.
However, as each product is custom-made and the artisans have invested a lot of time and effort in creating them, unreasonable returns can be a great hurt to the artisans. Therefore, we do not accept returns for specific products. (only Ornament can be returned)

Order Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your order before the project starts, we will refund all the payments you have made. (We will notify you via email, WhatsApp or private message once production of your product has started.)
Once we start processing your order, cancellation will no longer be possible as a significant amount of time and materials have already been invested in making your customized product.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support. Because each piece is the painstaking effort of the master, meticulously crafted stitch by stitch.
