Customized products - Payment process
1. Choose your favorite style and size, and upload photos of your pet.
2.You can choose to pay a 50% deposit. When the product is nearly completed, we will send you product pictures and you can make any modifications to the product. After you confirm that you are satisfied, you need to pay the remaining 50% of the amount (place the order on the same product page), and then we will arrange for the shipment.
3.You can also pay the full amount directly. The subsequent modification process will still be available. We will modify the product according to your requirements until it meets your satisfaction before shipping.
4.The product does not have any additional charges or value-added services. All the prices represent the cost of one pet.
5.Support various payment methods such as PayPal, Visa, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc. For details, please refer to the product page. If you wish to use another payment method, you can click on the "Contact Online Customer Service" button at the bottom right of the page.
